Laval University or Université Laval (UL), in French and Québécois, is located in Québec City, QC, Canada. I have been studying there for about a year and a half, as you might wonder: I study Actuarial Science, according to my experience not many people what it is so let's make it simple by saying that it basically is mathematics applied to finances (calculating probabilities, etc.). What kind of career do I want to get out of it? I'd like to become an actuary. But anyway, this page is about Laval University, not about me.
